Hong Kong, Lantau Island & Macao, Picture Review

In a week Alex and I covered a lot of ground on the trip to Hong Kong.  The following pictures outline some of our activities.

Hong Kong, SAR

Hong Kong, a city of contrasts and now a Special Administrative Region of China, is one of the most densely populated cities in the world.  It is also one of the most fun and interesting in my opinion.  There’s a zillion things to do.  Shopping, sightseeing, latin dancing, food, tailors, beautiful topography etc., etc..

Hotels are expensive.  On the other hand, food and transportation are not.

Hong Kong is a gateway to Macao and mainland China.  Tours operate from Hong Kong to the mainland that will supply a Chinese visa for you.
