A few photos of sights around La Habana.

Overall Impression
I found La Habana to be a charming and welcoming city for tourists. It seems to be remarkably free of street crime. The decay of the buildings contrasts sharply with the vibrant lifestyle of the city’s people. La Habana offers a wide variety of activities, is fairly inexpensive (if you stay at a casa particular and bring non US currency). I found it to be a great introduction to Cuba. I plan to return soon and use La Habana as a place from which to explore more of this large island.
