I organized a run for Delta Medallion Qualification Dollars on Delta’s SkyTeam partner, AeroMexico, involving back-to-back trips from ORD to Lima, Peru (LIM) via Mexico City, Mexico. Before starting the run, I visited the Air France/KLM lounge in Terminal 5 at ORD.

In addition to Priority Pass customers, the AF/KLM lounge serves SkyTeam airlines, several other airlines, and other lounge membership groups.
Seating
The check-in desk is right behind the entrance. To the right is a long room with seating and the food and beverage area.
To the left of the desk is a smaller room with comfortable seating and a work area. After grabbing things to eat and drink, try this area of the lounge for comfort and seclusion.
All seating areas enjoy views of the runways and activity at several gates in Terminal 5.
Food and Beverages

The lounge has hot and cold food and an assortment of snacks and cereals. On this visit the cold sandwiches looked like the best bet.

Other Services
This lounge has good WiFi and plenty of electrical outlets. The agents can assist with SkyTeam related questions and make boarding announcements for SkyTeam airlines. On the negative side, the lounge has no showers and the restrooms are located on the concourse.
Overall Impression
The lack of showers and interior restrooms is a let down, but if you are primarily interested in a quiet place with good food and beverages the Air France/KLM lounge at ORD Terminal 5 will definitely satisfy those requirements.
