Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve in Mpumalanga, South Africa forms part of the Greater Drakensberg Escarpment. The third largest canyon in the world, Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve is situated on the route from Kruger National Park to Johannesburg. It covers an area of 29,000 hectares.
