What a sight the tower is. My wife Gulden and I spent our honeymoon in Paris. Although I was 72 and she 69 we had a fabulous time there, and been back several times.
It was a small part of a cool nighttime, self-guided walking tour from my hotel near Jardins des Tuileries to the Louvre, the quai by the Seine, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. 😊
A Wonderful walk! I once walked from Notre Dame to Eiffel Tower by the Seine in a summer evening. I keep wonderful memories of that walk, such stunning views.
That must have been a delightful evening! By the way I really like your blog but am totally unqualified to comment on your content except it looks great. 😄

Getting this perspective was a real pain in the neck. It had been raining otherwise lying on the ground would have been easier.
