One Word Sunday is a blogging challenge hosted by Debbie Smyth at TravelWithIntent. This week’s challenge is Wind.
I’m respectfully submitting three photos. The first two depict situations where strong winds are not necessarily our friends. In the last photo the wind is our friend, and the windsock gives pilots real-time information on wind speed and direction.

Join the challenge. Next week’s theme is “simple.”
Amazing capture of those prayer flags 🙂

wind is my least favorite weather condition; it can ruin a perfectly fine day…

Strong winds make doing many things outdoors difficult if not impossible. I like a nice cool breeze on a hot day.

I am a fan of a light breeze as well…

Windsocks are about as low tech as you can get but they still come in handy. Thanks for your comments.

The prayer flags are beautiful and they make a lot of noise in the wind.
