One of the most memorable places I’ve been. I spent a night on a junk, dove into the water from the boat, and found the tall islands mesmerizing. Great photo.

that is one of the places we had planned to go back in the Spring of 2020, but then the pandemic got in the way. seeing that photo really makes me want to go to Vietnam…

I hope you get the opportunity. I think you would very much enjoy Vietnam. I was surprised at how much they seemed to like Americans in Vietnam. And it seemed Americans were appreciated more in the North than the South.
