Good question. The streets were quiet. It has been a while but I think the noise from the boats was not disturbing.

Amsterdam is one of my favorites. It has everything from outstanding museums to a family friendly red light district. 😄

I love Amsterdam too. You can walk to everything there. Just watch out for the bikes. 😊
